すいません (すみません) Excuse me / sorry
はい Yes
いえ / いいえ No.
Basic form is “いいえ”. But when we talk, we usually shorten & say “いえ”.
ちがいます It’s wrong / I’m not / different.
しつれいしました excuse me / sorry (used when you leave)
あなたは you.
“は” is pronounced “wa”. “あなたは” is often omitted.
あなたが you.
“が” is used when the person is the one you are looking for.
ですか is it? / are you? (question)
でしたか used when you find right one, after made a mistake.
わたしは I.「は」is pronounced “wa”.
わたしが I.「が」is used when “I” is the one who others are looking for.
です (is am are).
Put at the end & become polite.
あの / あのぅ Excuse me. (used when start speaking.)
はじめまして Nice to meet you (Greeting word when you see someone for the first time.)
〇〇さん When calling the person name politely, put さん.
こちらへ “こちら” means “here”. “へ(e)” is “to”. “こちらへ” = this way.
どうぞ Please / Here you are
